We took a trip to Venice in July 2022. It was a 4-day trip, all in one city, which might sound like a bit too much for a small city like Venice, but I wouldn’t have done it differently. Every bit of the time spent in this romantic city was worth it, walking every street of the Venetian islands (I missed some of them, a good reason to go back :p), being surrounded by vibrant, colorful buildings, sun and water; I never wanted to leave (Well, I say that for every place I travel to). Just having water around me lifted my mood, which I think is true for a lot of people, and so if you ever go to Venice you will be a happy parrot flying across the islands 🙂
